PRODUCTS

Where are GYMNOVA's products manufactured?+

GYMNOVA produces practically its entire range of GYMNOVA, EDUC’GYM et O’JUMP products in France at the company's two production sites in Wattrelos and Balmay. This Made in France philosophy ensures compliance with applicable European and French environmental standards as well as creating local jobs. We have opted for a responsible and eco-friendly production strategy that reflects our strong commitment to manufacture sustainable products from renewable resources. To reduce our carbon footprint, more than a third of the raw materials used are sourced as close as possible to our production sites.

Do you offer second-hand products?+

GYMNOVA offers used products in the "seconde main" section of the website. This includes equipment that has been used in competitions or for short rental periods. All these products are carefully inspected, checked, reconditioned if necessary and offered at attractive prices, complete with a warranty.

What are the size and weight restrictions for the mini-apparatus?+
Our mini-apparatus are suitable for gymnasts of all ages and builds, provided that they are beginners. They are robust enough to support a wide range of gymnast builds, but their stability is not designed for acrobatics or advanced-level exercises.
Which range should I choose depending on the use? +
Our product ranges are designed for different levels, including beginners, schools, training sessions and competition. These categories are shown when searching on our website. If you require personalised support, our sales staff can guide you towards the equipment best suited to your proficiency level and needs.
How long do the products last?+
The lifespan of our products varies according to how they are used and maintained. If you comply with the conditions for use and follow the maintenance recommendations, they will continue offering safety and high performance for many years to come. Information about the warranty for each item can be found on each product sheet on our website.
What are the recommendations when it comes to product maintenance and care?+
We would advise you to carefully read the maintenance booklet, which describes the regular checks that should be carried out along with the best maintenance practices. Following these recommendations is key to guaranteeing the safety, durability and optimum performance of your equipment.
Where can I find the data sheets for a given product?+
You can access all the product information on our website. Go to the required product page and scroll down to the "Documentation" section. This is where you will find all the information that you need (data sheets, assembly instructions, FIG certification and, if available, a user guide).
Can products be customised?+
Several O'JUMP O'JUMP products can be customised, such as choosing the colours, adding logos or adjusting the dimensions. The options depend on the type of equipment. For specific customisation requirements whatever the equipment, contact our sales staff, who will provide a personalised quote. All GYMNOVA products can be customised.

SUPPORT & AFTER-SALES SERVICE

How do I activate the warranty for my product?+
The warranty will automatically be activated on the date of purchase. Keep your invoice, since you will need it if you contact the after-sales service.
Do you offer a repair service?+
We offer a repair service for certain products. Contact us to find out if your product is eligible and how it can be repaired.
How can I get technical support?+
If you have any technical questions, our team of experts is on hand via the contact form. In the "Sub-ject" tab, choose "Technical support" and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What should I do if my product has a defect?+
If your product is defective or faulty, contact our customer service department with your order number and a description of the problem. We will quickly find a solution.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged in transit?+

Customers are responsible for checking the goods on delivery with the courier. Even if the driver is in a hur-ry, this process is essential for the claim to be legally admissible by the courier company. If you fail to check the goods on delivery or if you accept a damaged parcel, GYMNOVA will be unable to get your claim ac-cepted by the courier.

Contact our customer service department or your local sales representative to inform us about the issue and initiate your claim within 24 hours.If you accept a delivery where the packaging is damaged but the goods are intact, please take photos and send them to us.

How do I return a product?+

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return a product. To do so, contact our customer service department:

to receive further instructions and a return label the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Please refer to our standard terms and conditions of sale for more details.

Can I cancel my order?+
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it. Simply contact our customer service team on 04 91 87 51 20 and provide your order number. If the parcel is already being delivered, you can exercise your right of withdrawal once it has been received.
Can I change my order?+
If your order has not yet been processed, we can still make certain changes (quantity, delivery address, extra or fewer items). Please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can make the changes before the order is dispatched.
Can I order spare parts?+
Some parts can be ordered separately. Contact our after-sales service to check their availability.

STOCK & DELIVERY

What are the production and delivery times?+
Delivery times vary according to the products and quantities ordered, as well as the country of destination. On average, you should allow for between four and six weeks for mainland France. For an accurate esti-mate, feel free to contact our sales team. Note that our equipment is manufactured at two production sites in France, so orders may be delivered separately.
Do you deliver your products abroad?+
We deliver to most countries around the world. Delivery costs and times may vary according to the destina-tion. If you have any specific requirements, feel free to contact our sales team.
How do I track my delivery?+
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a link for tracking your goods in real time.
What should I do if I am absent when the order is delivered?+
If you are absent when the order is delivered, the courier will leave an attempted delivery card. You will receive instructions on how to collect your parcel by email or text message.
What should I do if my order arrives with missing or damaged items?+

Please contact our customer service department on 04 91 87 51 20 within 24 hours, including a photo and your order number. We will quickly come up with a suitable solution.

Do I have to deal with all the administrative formalities myself? (managing imports, handling customs pro-cedures and submitting the necessary documentation, or is this handled by GYMNOVA?)+

What payment methods are accepted?+

We accept several secure payment methods for your purchases:

For France only, we also accept payment by:

  • Government-issued payment order

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been confirmed?+
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed. However, you can contact our customer ser-vice department on 04 91 87 51 20 as soon as possible to attempt a cancellation before the order is dispatched.
Are delivery costs included in the price?+
Delivery costs are included for all orders delivered in France and Switzerland, and for Gym Passion custom-ers. For international deliveries, additional shipping costs will apply.
How do I get a quote?+

Two options are available:

Can I order without creating an account?+

Where can I find my invoice?+
Once your payment has been confirmed and your order dispatched, your invoice will be available in your customer space under "My orders".
How can I download product documentation?+
Go to the required product page and scroll down to the "Documentation" section, where you will find all the information available for that product (data sheet, FIG certification, assembly instruc-tions, etc.)..

Installation is subject to a separate quote, which reflects your location and the complexity of your project..
Who ensures that the equipment is compliant and safe after installation?+

COMPETITION

Do you rent out equipment for competitions? +
GYMNOVA offers turnkey solutions for organising all your sports events, including artistic, rhythmic and aerobic gymnastics, acrobatic sports, urban gymnastics and wrestling. Several FIG-approved floors are available throughout the year.
Do you install and dismantle the equipment during sports events? +
Our specialist teams take care of handling the logistics, setting up the competition floors and training rooms, and dismantling the equipment. They also keep an eye on the equipment dur-ing the event.

SPECIALIST GYMS

What exactly is a specialist gym?+
A specialist gym is a space that has been designed and fitted out for gymnastics. It has permanent fixed equipment specifically adapted to gymnastics practice, so that gymnasts can safely and comfortably train and improve their performance.
Do you have a dedicated department for designing and fitting out specialist gyms?+

If you are planning to create a specialist gym, then GYMNOVA has produced this booklet to help you get started.

We offer an end-to-end service, including advice and discussions, design, manufacture and installa-tion. Our regional sales engineer will work alongside you from the earliest stages of your project.

We liaise closely with the architect and contractors to keep a watchful eye on the construction and renovation of your buildings and make sure that everything is ready for installing the gymnastics equipment. Once we have completed our design, you will receive the blueprints for your specialist gym with a breakdown of the cost for the equipment and installation. If there is anything else that you would like to know, please get in touch. Our teams of specialist technicians are ready to provide any further information.

Can you provide support and guidance for designing a gym from scratch?+
Absolutely, our specialised design department for specialist gym installations is on hand to assist with your gymnastics project from start to finish.
How do I create a bespoke gym?+
You can easily design your gym in 3D using the Sweet Home 3D interior design software and create the gym of your dreams. The GYMNOVA design department is also available to help you with your project and guide you in creating your gym. Feel free to contact us.
Do you offer care and maintenance services for specialist gyms?+
GYMNOVA offers a bespoke maintenance contract to keep your equipment safe and prolong its service life. This service is focused on maintaining your gymnastics installations. It uses the DIAG application to create an inventory of any worn parts and ensure their replacement by a GYMNOVA team, meaning that you can fulfil your obligation to keep your sports equipment in good working order.
