Aerobic

Aerobics or "aerobic gymnastics" is a dynamic gymnastic discipline performed alone or in teams with a focus on high energy and creativity. 

GYMNOVA has created a high-performance exercise floor for aerobic gymnastics. Used in the discipline’s biggest events, our "Cancùn" (Ref. 6632) competition exercise floor combines exceptional elasticity and absorption. It helps keep gymnasts healthy by minimising the occurrence of joint injuries. 

Strength is developed during training sessions to allow gymnasts to perform the exercises in competitions. You’ll find strength training equipment geared to the discipline, such as strength training benches, wall bars and balancing handles. Springboards and mats can be used to develop the basics of gymnastic vaulting.
