The process of delivery is carried out in 6 steps with the goal to maintain the equipment in perfect working condition in compliance with legislation.

  1. Free pre-visit by the commercial team of your sector allowing to identify corrective actions to be taken.
  2. Sending of a written report of the pre-visit, with photos, quotation and your maintenance contract plan.
  3. Receiving and processing of your purchase order by our installation service team.
  4. Plan and arranging of works required by our specialized technicians with you.
  5. Intervention of a team of specialized technicians to carry out the work according to the quotation and to carry out the adjustments of your apparatus.
  6. Sending of a works report formalizing works completed ensuring your maintenance obligation.
