1. What are the real overall dimensions of an Acrotramp (fast trak) of 12m?

For a 12m Acrotramp, the height of the bed is 530 mm (1’ 8.9”) and 600 mm (1’ 11-2/3”) with protections. The width of the frame is 2110 mm (6’ 11”) and 2160 mm (7’ 1”) including ends protections. The total length of the frame is 12 660 mm (41’ 6-½”).

2. Which are real dimensions of your wall bars?

Upright Width: 100mm (4”)
Upright Length: 2,70m (8’ 10-1/3”)
Upright Thickness: 27mm (1-1/4”)
Wall bar total Width: (a Number of places X) 800mm + 27mm
Distance between 2 bars: on top, 2 spaces of 280mm, and all other isolated bars are 140mm from each other
Length of the bars 825mm

3. With which product can I clean the exercise floor carpet?

There exist 2 solutions:

either traditional stain-remover fitted carpet,
or solvent. Be careful the solvent should not be put directly on the carpet but on a carpet sample of same color which will be used to rub the task.

5. Which matting should I use for a mini-apparatus?

The length of a mini-apparatus handrail (bar), is of 1545mm, therefore the distance between 2 opposite uprights is approximately 1500mm (4’ 11”). There is no dedicated matting. However, all the following mats are convenient and approved:

Note: The length of the frame is a little less than 2m.

6. You have addressed us with your quotation the "Conditions and specifications" forms for some of your products to be returned with signature before placing order. Why?

All our products subjected to fixing (anchors, ceiling and wall) are installed and supported by the existing building support. All these products apply different strength levels to the support. These strengths have been assed by our Engineering Department and thus presented on these documents. By signing the “Conditions and specifications” form, you guaranty that the fixing location can supports the product strength requirements for a safe use.

7. For which frequency is it necessary to clean the exercise floor carpet ?

As it is indicated in our assembly instructions, we recommend you:

to vacuum the carpet at least once per week;
to shampoo only the central part of the carpet 1 time per year MAXIMUM. Be careful, it is imperative to dry the junctions between the various parts of the carpet, before using the floor again.

To eliminate all moisture, detach the bands of connection "velcro" and turn over 50cm over the lengths of 14m of carpet;
